It is the region’s principal full-service airport providing passengers and cargo clients with access to markets across the country, the United States and Europe, and the only airport in Atlantic Canada to offer Canada Customs services on a 24 hour seven day a week basis, and U.S. pre-clearance. Please Note: As of Jan 2011 there is NO Metro Transit service to or from Fall River. However, there are plans to implement an Express Service from the exit at Highway 118 to Dartmouth and the airport. This service should be similar to the Metro Link service which runs out of Sackville. It is currently slated to open in Spring 2012.
